TATER Ops
Help desk, ticketing, and task management — fully integrated with the same compliance platform your security team already uses. Same identity, same database, same controls. Tasks reference TATER policies, controls, audits, and TATERpedia knowledge by ID.
Same brand letters, ops-flavored expansion. The companion product to TATER Security (Threat Analysis Targeting Enterprise Resources).
A focused operational task management surface — built on the same primitives that power TATER Security.
Categorized tasks (IT, Sales, Engagement, Proposal, Booking, Lead, DocumentReview, Other) with priority, status, due dates, requester / contact / assignee, parent-task linking, and external system refs (PandaDoc, USPS, etc.).
Every task can link to a TATER control, risk, audit, change request, vendor, policy, wiki page, or config doc. Open from either side: TATER detail panels show "📋 N open tasks", Ops shows the linked entity inline.
"My Tasks" page filters to whatever's assigned to you. Dashboard shows status / priority / category breakdowns and a recent activity feed. Filter by status, category, priority, or free-text search.
Define recurring task templates that auto-generate on schedules (daily / weekly / monthly). Mirrors the workflow patterns from your Power Automate task scheduler — running in Azure Functions instead.
Comment threads on every task using the same conversation engine that powers TATER controls and policies. Same audit trail, same MCP visibility, same notification hooks.
MCP tools list_tasks, create_task, assign_task, close_task let Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and any MCP client manage operational work alongside compliance work — no new credentials, no new auth.
If your team already uses TATER Security, Ops is a single click away — no new signup, no new connector, no new tenant config.
api.tatersecurity.com. Routes prefixed /api/tasker/*. Same rate limits, same audit log.
via attribution channel (web / mcp / copilot / claude).
Tasks aren't islands. Every Ops task can link directly to whatever it's about in TATER Security. Both apps surface the link.
From a control detail panel in TATER Security, click + Task in Ops to create a remediation task pre-linked to that control. The control panel updates to show the task count automatically.
Link Ops tasks to TATER policies. The policy detail panel shows open tasks. Tasks close when work completes; policy moves to active.
Each audit finding can spawn an Ops task with assignee, due date, and full thread. Audit detail panel shows progress.
Tasks can link to TATERpedia wiki pages so the procedural knowledge is one click away from the work that needs it.
If you have a TATER Security org, Ops is already enabled. Sign in with your existing credentials.
