By accessing or using TATER ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
TATER (Threat Analysis Targeting Enterprise Resources) is a cloud-based compliance management platform that provides multi-framework control mapping, continuous monitoring, device management, evidence collection, and compliance reporting services.
Access to TATER requires authentication. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is the default method; organizations may instead enable OpenID Connect (OIDC) single sign-on through their own identity provider, or optional local accounts issued by an administrator. SCIM 2.0 provisioning is available for automated account creation and deprovisioning. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
TATER is licensed per user, per month, with a minimum of 25 users per organization. You may subscribe to an individual product — TATER Security, TATER Ops, or TATER Vault — or to the Complete Platform, which includes all three. TATER Manage, TATER Insights, and My TATER are included with any subscription at no additional cost. Volume pricing for larger organizations and for managed service providers is available by quote. Plan details, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to TATER. We do not claim ownership of your compliance data, device inventories, scan results, or evidence documents. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to:
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the TATER platform. The Service is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or your internet connectivity.
The TATER Compliance Agent is optional software that may be installed on your endpoints to automate evidence collection. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to install and run the agent on any systems in your environment.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
TATER is a compliance management tool and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your organization meets all applicable regulatory requirements. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
