What you pay TATER is the per-user price above — that's the whole bill from us. A few advanced capabilities lean on services you own and pay for directly. None are required to run TATER, we never mark them up or resell them, and you choose whether to turn them on.
Scheduled cloud scans and automated remediation can run from an Azure Automation account in your Azure subscription. It's consumption-based — usually a few dollars a month for a typical scan schedule. Rather not? The lightweight TATER agent and on-demand server-side scans cover the same ground with no Azure at all.
The AI Compliance Analyst runs on the AI account you connect — your own Claude subscription, or the AI assistant your company already uses. That provider bills the AI usage directly. Everything else in TATER works with no AI connected at all.
Endpoint vulnerability and device features read from Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Intune, which need the matching Microsoft 365 / security licenses. Most organizations we work with already have them — TATER simply surfaces the data you're already entitled to.
