My TATER

Your personal view across the whole TATER platform - favorites, tasks, mentions, community, leaderboard, and achievements. Fourth sister app. Available to all users.

What it is

My TATER is a personal dashboard that aggregates the parts of the platform most relevant to you. It lives at my.tatersecurity.com and is the only sister app with no role gate - every authenticated user has full access. Think of it as your home base: the place to start a session when you want to see what needs your attention today.

Use the same Microsoft Entra ID account you use for TATER Security, Ops, Manage, and Insights. All five apps share the same Entra app registration (45afb90d-…) and MSAL session - sign in once via login.html and all apps recognize you. Navigate directly to my.tatersecurity.com or click the My TATER card on the login app-picker.

Dashboard - activity summary and quick stats across all TATER products you have access to
Favorites - controls, risks, policies, and wiki pages you have starred for quick access
My Tasks - TATER Ops tasks assigned to you or created by you, filtered to your context
Mentions - audit-log entries where you were @mentioned or referenced across any product
Community Feed - org-wide activity stream showing recent actions by all team members
Leaderboard - per-user evidence submission and control pass counts for the current period
Achievements - your earned badges across all GRC modules; progress toward next milestones

Dashboard

The Dashboard page presents a consolidated summary of your TATER activity. KPI tiles show open tasks assigned to you, items you favorited recently, unread mentions, and your achievement count. The quick-links panel lets you jump directly to any TATER Security, Ops, or Manage page without navigating away from My TATER.

Favorites

Any control, risk, policy, wiki page, or config doc in TATER Security can be starred. My TATER surfaces all your favorites in one place, organized by entity type, with live status pills (pass / fail / override / exception) so stale items are obvious at a glance. Click any row to open the item in TATER Security at its detail panel.

My Tasks

A filtered view of TATER Ops tasks where you are the assignee or requester. Sorted by due date with overdue items highlighted. Click any task to open it in TATER Ops. The badge count on the nav item reflects your open task count so you can see it from any page.

Mentions

The platform writes an audit-log entry any time your email address appears in a change - a comment reply, an assigned task, a risk acceptance you approved. My TATER aggregates these cross-product mentions chronologically. Filter by product (Security / Ops / Manage) or entity type (comment / task / risk / audit).

Community Feed

An org-scoped activity stream showing recent actions by all team members - evidence uploads, control overrides, new tasks, policy approvals, wiki edits. Useful for standup prep and spotting unusual activity. The feed is read-only and respects your org membership: you only see activity for organizations you belong to.

Leaderboard

Ranks users by contribution: evidence submissions, controls tested, risks logged, tasks closed. Period selector (7 / 30 / 90 days). Your own row is always highlighted regardless of rank. Leaderboard data is visible to all members of the same organization - it's meant to encourage participation, not competition.

Achievements

The same 14 GRC badge categories that appear in TATER Security are surfaced here with a progress bar showing how close you are to the next milestone tier (first-create, 10×, 25×). Badges earned are displayed with the date awarded. Achievements are org-scoped and automatically awarded as you create records across GRC modules.

Theme & settings

My TATER respects the shared tater-theme localStorage key - switching between dark and light mode here is reflected instantly in all other TATER apps on the same browser. Use the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner to toggle.
