My TATER

Your personal view across the whole TATER platform - tasks, to-dos, reviews, approvals, requests, surveys, meetings, expenses, notifications, community, and preferences. Available to all users.

What it is

My TATER is the personal app of the TATER suite. It lives at my.tatersecurity.com and is the only app with no role gate - every authenticated user has full access, and permission bundles never restrict it: even a member scoped to a single module keeps their complete personal view here. Think of it as your home base: the place to start a session when you want to see what needs your attention today.

Use the same Microsoft Entra ID account you use for the rest of the platform. All six apps - TATER Security, Ops, Manage, My TATER, Insights, and Vault - share the same Entra app registration and MSAL session, so signing in to any one signs you in to all of them. Navigate directly to my.tatersecurity.com, pick the My TATER tile on the app.tatersecurity.com landing hub, or use the app-switcher grid in any sister app's topbar.

The left icon rail groups the app into three modules; each has a module dashboard tile-grid plus its pages:

Every page is also reachable from the Ctrl+K command palette.

Dashboard

The default landing page is a consolidated work view. Attention banners at the top flag pending document/policy reviews awaiting your sign-off and Ops tickets where a technician is waiting on your response. Below that: KPI tiles (open tasks, favorites, open to-dos, unread mentions) and a grid of cards:

My Tasks

Ops tasks and compliance work in one place, across three tabs: Assigned to me, Reported by me, and Control Assignments (compliance controls assigned to you in TATER Security). Filter by status or free text, save custom table views, and export the current list to CSV. The nav badge shows your open-task count from any page.

My To-Dos

Lightweight to-dos - personal and team tasks that don't need a full Ops ticket. Create one with + New To-Do: assign it to yourself, one or more people, or a group; set a priority and due date; or make it recurring (daily / weekly / monthly at a chosen time - the template spawns a fresh copy on schedule, and a Show recurring templates toggle reveals the definitions).

KPI strip - Open, In Progress, Overdue, and Completed (30d) counts at the top; click a tile to filter the list.
Group to-dos - multi-assignee/group items track per-person sign-offs; a group-progress line summarizes completions across all your group to-dos, and the Group To-Dos tab lists them.
Tabs - Assigned to me / Created by me / Group To-Dos, with status, priority, and search filters.
AI access - MCP tools (list_my_todos, create_my_todo, complete_my_todo, …) mirror the page, and trigger_todo_rfi spawns an Information Request linked to a to-do when completing it needs input from someone else.

My Reviews

Documents, policies, and independence attestations awaiting your sign-off, split into Pending review and Reviewed. Open an item to read it (linked TATER documents render inline) and sign the attestation. A third section, Reviews I'm tracking, appears when you are a completion reviewer - you track who has signed versus outstanding without being asked to sign yourself. The three request pages

Three deliberately distinct pages cover "requests":

Action Requests - a technician asked you to do something and confirm it on an existing ticket. Respond right on the page, no email digging.
Information Requests - someone needs information or documents from you (RFIs). Fill in the fields, attach files, submit; the requester accepts or asks for changes. See the RFI guide.
Service Requests - you start a brand-new request from the service catalog (laptop, software install, access, password reset, onboarding …). The catalog is managed by your admin in TATER Manage.

Access Requests

Request access to a resource - a SharePoint site, shared mailbox, distribution list, or any custom type your admins define. Requests route through an approval workflow; once approved you either receive the access automatically or get step-by-step guidance. See the Access Requests guide.

My Approvals

Every request across TATER waiting on your decision - travel exemptions, license rentals, change requests, exceptions, and more - in one inbox, powered by the universal approval engine.

My Independence

For audit practices: the clients you have flagged with a conflict (review and update anytime) plus every client you attest against, so you can flag a new conflict the moment something changes. See Independence Management.

My Surveys

Surveys assigned to you, plus CSAT feedback requests on your closed tickets - answer them inline. Split into To complete / Completed. See the Surveys guide.

My Meetings

Meetings you recorded with the TATER agent's Meeting Recorder, organized, were invited to, or attended - with their transcripts. Filter by your relationship to the meeting (recorded / organized / attended / invited).

My Licenses, My Travel, My Expenses

My Licenses - request a Microsoft license (Visio, Project, …) for a set number of days; it activates on schedule and is removed automatically when time is up. See License Rentals.
My Travel - request a temporary exemption from sign-in restrictions for international travel; enabled for the trip window, removed automatically on return. See Travel Exemptions.
My Expenses - submit reimbursements or log company-card spend, line-per-item with receipts, and track approval / payout status. Saved views + CSV export. See Reimbursements & Expenses.

Mentions & Notifications

Mentions lists every place you've been @mentioned across TATER, newest first - click through to the source. Notifications is your in-app feed (approvals, reviews, meeting reminders, and more) with Mark all read and per-item snooze: defer any notification until later, toggle Show snoozed to see what's parked, and un-snooze anytime.

Vendor Reviews

Vendor on-site reviews where you're an assessor and RFP evaluations where you've recorded scores. Rows open the detail in TATER Security.

Community

Feed - recent activity from TATER users, plus a compose box to post your own update to the community.
Leaderboard - top users and top organizations ranked by XP.
Achievements - badges you've earned, with earned/locked filtering and progress KPIs. See the Community guide.

Preferences

My Profile - your Entra identity (read-only), your cross-org TATER Profile (display name, photo, bio, accent color, timezone - what the leaderboard and mentions show), and your per-org People record (title, department, phone) that the rest of TATER reads when routing work to you.
Email Signature - generate your official company signature from Entra + profile data and copy it into your mail client.
Preferences - interface theme (stored in a *.tatersecurity.com cookie so it follows you across all TATER apps), default landing app, and notification preferences.
